Key Responsibilities
Perform market research and develop discounted cash flow models.
Prepare comprehensive valuations and conduct various financial analyses.
Compute key financial metrics and aid in the annual business planning and budgeting.
Create financial statements using Excel and prepare reports for mergers and acquisitions.
Develop underwriting models to represent asset performance and market shifts.
Conduct critical examination of financial and business data.
Communicate trends, insights, and inconsistencies in financial data.
Skills & Qualifications:
Nearing the completion of a master's degree program.
Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset, with a practical and independent work ethic.
Outstanding capability in analytical thinking.
A strong interest and background in finance.
Skilled in using Excel and PowerPoint.
Proficient in English language.
